I enjoy helping people find what they're looking for, and I'm good at explaining things clearly. Before this, I was working at Hyundai Genesis of Las Vegas, where I learned a lot about cars and the importance of good customer service.

Amir was was fantastic and I would do business with him again. What I didn't appreciate was being told the rear rotors would need to be replaced in about a year, when they really needed to be replaced before I took the car. I am sure it came from management to do the minimum recon on the car because I didn't buy any extras and the finance manager seemed annoyed he couldn't just tack $3000 worth of addons to the car.
